Delivery and returns

Delivery 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number of the package. Orders are normally shipped in 2 to 5 business days and are delivered in 5 to 10 business days. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

Cancellation and modification of order

Delivery of orders is automatically synchronized with our warehouse as soon as an order is placed. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it is therefore very important to contact us by email as soon as possible at the-amazing-blanket@latranchee.zendesk.com so that we can make the change before shipping.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to make a return and request an exchange or refund.

Exchange, refund and return

Orders returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or fully refunded according to the original payment method. Refunds will be made as soon as the returned package is received in our warehouse. Please note that the time for exchanges may vary depending on the availability of the desired item in our inventory.

Items must be returned undamaged, in the original box and the bag containing the blanket must not be opened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customers and items must be returned to our warehouse at the address on the shipping label.

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect or damaged product, please contact our customer service department at the-amazing-blanket@latranchee.zendesk.com within 30 days of purchase for the return address and obtain an exchange or refund.
